We’re based in the City of Casey growth corridor and drive right through Melbourne’s south-east, from the CBD and inner suburbs out to Berwick, Cranbourne, Narre Warren and the smaller pockets in between. Every driver holds commercial passenger vehicle accreditation plus mobility assistance training, so a manual chair, powered chair or mobility scooter on board is routine rather than a special request. We build in 15 minutes of wait time at pickup and at drop-off, because a rushed transfer is how accidents happen. Both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS funding are accepted, along with Multi Purpose Taxi Program cards, and the phone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Yes, standing bookings are common for us, especially for recurring medical appointments and aged care visits.
Our vehicles are fitted with ramps or hoists for both manual and powered wheelchairs, and drivers are experienced loading mobility scooters and other equipment as well.
The driver parks as close to the door as the street allows, then sets up the ramp or hoist before anyone moves. Manual and powered wheelchairs are both secured inside the vehicle properly. Nobody gets lifted out of their chair unless they would rather transfer to a seat.
We allow 15 minutes of wait time at pickup and again at drop-off. That sounds like a small thing. It is usually the difference between a calm trip and a rushed one, especially when someone is being got ready at one end and settled back inside at the other.
Tell us at booking if the pickup is awkward. Steep driveways, narrow streets, hospital entrances and apartment loading zones are all routine for our drivers, but they plan better when they know beforehand.
Plenty of our bookings come from family members, aged care staff and support coordinators rather than the passenger. That is normal. We need the passenger’s name, a number to reach someone on, and what equipment is travelling: a manual chair, a powered chair, or a scooter.
If the same person travels regularly, ask for a standing booking. We keep the details on file so nobody repeats them every week, and we try to send a driver who already knows the routine. Our drivers are independent contractors, but they hold commercial passenger vehicle accreditation and they have been trained to help passengers with mobility needs rather than just drive them.
Trips run on the meter, the same as any commercial passenger vehicle in Victoria. If you would rather know the cost before you travel, ask for a fixed quote when you book. Airport runs are the ones people most often want quoted up front.
Payment happens at the end of the trip. Mention it at booking if someone other than the passenger is settling the fare, which comes up often with aged care and support coordinated trips.
