A quick ride booking works best when it’s simple: call 0432 712 248, tell us your pickup address, your destination, and any access details for the wheelchair, and we dispatch from the nearest available vehicle rather than a fixed roster. This matters most for the trips that come up without much notice: a same-day medical appointment, a call from a family member needing a lift, or a booking that was cancelled by another service at short notice. Standard wheelchair accessible taxi services often need hours or a full day’s notice because they’re working with a small, centralised fleet. Ours doesn’t need that lead time for most local bookings.
