Since we cover almost all Melbourne suburbs, we are always available in all convenient locations.

We’re based in the City of Casey, which puts us close to the suburbs that make up most of our daily bookings: Berwick, Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Hampton Park, Endeavour Hills, Hallam, Doveton, Beaconsfield, Clyde, Botanic Ridge, Devon Meadows, Pearcedale, Tooradin, Lynbrook, Lyndhurst, Junction Village, Clayton South, Eumemmerring, and Harkaway. That local base matters for a wheelchair accessible taxi service. It means shorter run times to a pickup address and drivers who already know the local hospitals, medical centres, and shopping strips rather than relying entirely on GPS.

We also run further out to Melbourne CBD and Melton, and take bookings for trips further afield when they’re planned in advance. If your suburb isn’t on this list, call us anyway. We can usually still get a vehicle to you, it just helps to book ahead rather than expecting an on-demand pickup outside our core coverage area.

Being based locally in Melbourne’s south east also helps with the practical side of wheelchair transport that people don’t think about until it goes wrong: knowing which medical centres have step-free entrances near the drop off point, which shopping centres have accessible parking bays close to the doors, and which train stations have working lifts on a given day. Our drivers pick this knowledge up from doing the same runs repeatedly, not from a manual.

For appointments, this local coverage means we can usually offer a tighter pickup window than a service dispatching from further away, and get you home again without a long wait once your appointment finishes. If you’re booking through the NDIS or the Multi Purpose Taxi Program, coverage across the south eastern suburbs also means consistent drivers for regular appointments rather than a different vehicle from a different depot every time. See our Multi Purpose Taxi Program application page if you haven’t set that up yet.
